Returns

14-day cooling-off period

We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. That’s why we offer a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order, allowing you to view the piece in your home and ensure it is the perfect fit.

If you decide it is not right for you, you may notify us of your intention to return the artwork within 14 days of delivery.

Returning an item

All artwork should be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transit. Once you have contacted us to request a return, we will arrange collection by courier where appropriate.

If you received a large or fragile artwork via Arte Delux Personal Delivery within mainland UK, we will arrange collection. For international returns of large or fragile items, please contact us us to discuss suitable transport arrangements.

For all returns, please contact us in advance to let us know you wish to return your item and include your order reference.

You are responsible for taking reasonable care of the artwork while it is in your possession and for ensuring it is adequately packaged for return.

Damaged or faulty items

Whilst we take great care to ensure your artwork arrives in perfect condition, please notify us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged or develops a fault.

We will arrange collection by courier free of charge. For record keeping and insurance purposes, we may request photographic evidence of the damage.

Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund including the original delivery costs.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned artwork, we will process your refund within 14 days.

For faulty or damaged items, we will issue a full refund including original delivery costs, and you will not be charged for return shipping.

For returns due to a change of mind, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Where we arrange courier collection on your behalf, the cost of this service will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be made to the original method of payment.
