Can artwork be returned?
We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. That’s why we offer a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to display it in your home and ensure it’s the perfect fit. If you decide it’s not right for you, you’re welcome to return it.
How to return an item
Artwork should be returned in its original packaging using a reputable courier to ensure safe transit.
If you received a large, fragile artwork via Arte Delux Direct Delivery within mainland UK, we will arrange collection. For international returns of large, fragile items, please contact us to arrange transport.
For all returns simply contact us to let us know you would like to return your item, and include your order reference.
Damaged items
Whilst we take great care to ensure the artwork arrives with you in perfect condition, please let us know straight away if it does not meet your expectations. We will arrange collection by courier free of charge, and arrange a replacement.
Refunding
When returning an item we’ll process your refund as soon as we receive the item. For damaged items we will issue a full refund. When returning an item due to a change of mind, we deduct the courier collection cost from your refund. Learn more about our Returns and Refund Policy
