How long will my artwork take to arrive?

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Arte Delux. Artwork orders take up to 10 business days to process. Many of our pieces are handmade to order, and each one is prepared with the utmost care and attention. All shipments are sent via FedEx Express Shipping.

If you purchase multiple artworks in a single order, they may be shipped separately to ensure the most efficient dispatch.

Will I receive a notification when my order is ready?

You will receive an email from Arte Delux about shipping once your order has been packed and is ready. We will arrange shipping via FedEx on the date provided in the message.

International shipping

We use FedEx Express Shipping with tracking and insurance. Shipping costs for your artwork will be shown at checkout.

Please note that customs import fees may apply. These vary by country, so we recommend checking your government’s website for specific regulations.

Arte Delux personal delivery

For large, fragile artworks that cannot be delivered by courier, we offer our personal delivery service within the UK mainland for £150, with delivery within four weeks.

For deliveries to Northern Ireland, please make an enquiry.
