Do you provide international shipping?

Yes, Arte Delux is an online retail gallery with customers around the world, and we specialize in free international shipping for all artworks (excluding Simon Lee Robson’s Masterpiece Studies | 2025 collection, for which shipping costs will be shown at checkout). We use FedEx to send all orders safely and efficiently, with delivery duty paid, which means no hidden fees.

How do you package my artwork?

All artworks are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Each piece is protected with reinforced cardboard corner guards and an additional layer of cardboard over the surface to minimize any risk of damage. Larger artworks receive extra protection with bubble wrap and are placed in a heavy-duty, rigid, corrugated cardboard box. Every package reflects our commitment to both the safety of your artwork and our dedication to sustainable, responsible packaging. As far as we are able, we use recyclable, compostable, or recycled materials, and avoid plastics wherever we can. For artworks that require more protection, we use environmentally friendly plastics, such as recyclable bubble wrap.

How do you send my certificate of authenticity?

Every original and limited edition artwork includes a certificate of authenticity, which is included in the package with your artwork or occasionally shipped separately for some limited editions.

What happens after I place an order?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. One of our art consultants will also follow up with an email to confirm the order, discuss your preferred delivery arrangements, and answer any additional questions you may have.

Is the artwork hand-signed by the artist?

The majority of our original and limited edition artworks are hand-signed by the artist, either on the front or reverse of the work. If you’re unsure about a particular piece, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

What does 'Enquire' mean for certain artworks?

Owing to their unique nature, provenance, availability, or value, these works are available exclusively by personal consultation with our art specialists. Please contact us to discuss pricing, availability, and acquisition.
