14-day cooling-off period
We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. That’s why we offer a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to display it in your home and ensure it’s the perfect fit. If you decide it’s not right for you, you’re welcome to return it.
Returning an item
Artwork should be returned in its original packaging to ensure safe transit, and we will arrange collection by courier.
If you received a large, fragile artwork via Arte Delux Personal Delivery within mainland UK, we will arrange collection. For international returns of large, fragile items, please contact us to arrange transport.
For all returns simply contact us to let us know you would like to return your item, and include your order reference.
Damaged items
Whilst we take great care to ensure the artwork arrives with you in perfect condition, please let us know straight away if it does not meet your expectations. We will arrange collection by courier free of charge. For record keeping, we require photographic evidence of the damage. After the return is processed we will arrange a replacement to be sent out to you.
Refunding
When returning an item we’ll process your refund as soon as we receive the item. For damaged items we will issue a full refund. When returning an item due to a change of mind, we deduct the courier collection cost from your refund.
