Description

A giclée print mounted to an acrylic block, hand-signed, limited edition artwork by Timothy Langton.

A photographic giclée print of a beautiful blue Portuguese azulejo, presented in an acrylic glass prism. This piece offers exceptional depth and a striking, three-dimensional freestanding display.

This piece is also available as part of a prism set of 9; or alternatively as a framed giclée print.

Part of I Believe in Your Eyes | 2025

With I Believe in Your Eyes | 2025, Timothy Langton reinterprets the visual language of Portuguese azulejos through a contemplative and poetic framework. Drawing from his own photographic studies of traditional blue tiles, many bearing angelic, cherubic, and expressive faces weathered by time, Langton isolates fragments marked by erosion, fracture, and absence.

These damaged visages become meditations on beauty, loss, and transcendence. Removed from their architectural origins and recontextualised as hand-signed, limited-edition giclées and sculptural acrylic prisms, the images inhabit a space between permanence and fragility, where devotional history meets contemporary material clarity.
