How long will my artwork take to arrive?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Arte Delux. Artwork orders take up to 10 business days to process. Many of our limited edition pieces are handmade to order, and each one is prepared with the utmost care and attention. All shipments are sent via FedEx.

If you purchase multiple artworks in a single order, items may be shipped separately to ensure the most efficient and secure dispatch.

Will I receive a notification when my order is ready?
Yes, you will receive an email from Arte Delux once your order has been packed and is ready for shipment. We will arrange delivery via FedEx on the date provided in this message.

Free international shipping*
We use FedEx with full tracking and insurance. Free international shipping applies to all artworks, *excluding Simon Lee Robson’s Masterpiece Studies | 2025 collection, for which shipping cost estimates will be shown at checkout. For international shipping of artworks from Masterpiece Studies | 2025, we recommend making an enquiry before completing checkout.

No hidden fees – delivered duty paid (DDP)
Delivered duty paid (DDP) means Arte Delux takes full responsibility for delivering your artwork safely to your door. From shipping and customs clearance to import duties and local taxes, we manage every step, so you receive your piece without unexpected costs or administrative delays.

Arte Delux personal delivery (UK only)
For artworks from Simon Lee Robson’s Masterpiece Studies | 2025 collection that cannot be delivered by courier, we provide our personal delivery service within the UK mainland for £150.00 GBP, with delivery within four weeks. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and international destinations, please make an enquiry.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. That’s why we offer a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to display it in your home and ensure it’s the perfect fit. If you decide it’s not right for you, you’re welcome to return it.

Do you provide international shipping?

How do you package my artwork?

All artworks are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. Each piece is protected with reinforced cardboard corner guards and an additional layer of cardboard over the surface to minimize any risk of damage. Larger artworks receive extra protection with bubble wrap and are placed in a heavy-duty, rigid, corrugated cardboard box.

Every package reflects our commitment to both the safety of your artwork and our dedication to sustainable, responsible packaging. As far as we are able, we use recyclable, compostable, or recycled materials, and avoid plastics wherever we can. For artworks that require more protection, we use environmentally friendly plastics, such as recyclable bubble wrap.

How do you send my certificate of authenticity?

Every original and limited edition artwork includes a certificate of authenticity, which is included in the package with your artwork or occasionally shipped separately for some limited editions.

What happens after I place an order?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. One of our art consultants will also follow up with an email to confirm the order, discuss your preferred delivery arrangements, and answer any additional questions you may have.

Is the artwork hand-signed by the artist?

The majority of our original and limited edition artworks are hand-signed by the artist, either on the front or reverse of the work. If you’re unsure about a particular piece, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

What does 'Enquire' mean for certain artworks?

Owing to their unique nature, provenance, availability, or value, these works are available exclusively by personal consultation with our art specialists. Please contact us to discuss pricing, availability, and acquisition.
