Delivery and Returns

Artwork orders take up to three weeks for delivery, as each piece is prepared with the utmost care and attention after your order is placed.

If you purchase multiple artworks in the same order, they may be delivered separately for efficiency.

You will receive an email from Arte Delux about delivery once your order has been packed and is ready. We will arrange delivery via DPD on the date provided in the message.

Within the United Kingdom, we use DPD (UK) Next Day Delivery with tracking. DPD delivers during standard working hours and will send you a one-hour time slot via text or email, letting you know exactly when your parcel will arrive.

International delivery is available within four weeks, with shipments handled by your local or national postal service. We use DPD International Delivery. Delivery costs for your country will be shown at checkout.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. That’s why we offer a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to display it in your home and ensure it’s the perfect fit. If you decide it’s not right for you, you’re welcome to return it.

Do you provide international delivery?

Yes, Arte Delux is an online gallery with customers around the world, and we specialise in international delivery. We use DPD International to ship all orders safely and efficiently. More information is available here.

How do you package my artwork?

All artworks are securely packaged to ensure safe transit. Framed artworks (small to medium), are protected with reinforced cardboard corner guards and an additional layer of cardboard over the surface to minimise any risk of damage. Large artworks are bubble-wrapped for added protection to ensure safe arrival. Each artwork is placed in a heavy-duty, rigid, corrugated cardboard box made from recycled materials. Rolled fine art prints are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.

How do you send my certificate of authenticity?

Every limited edition and original artwork is sent with a certificate of authenticity, which is included in your package along with your artwork.

What happens after I place an order?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. One of our art consultants will also follow up with an email to confirm the order, discuss your preferred delivery arrangements, and answer any additional questions you may have.
