Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation from Arte Delux. Artwork orders take up to 10 business days to process. Many of our pieces are handmade to order, and each one is prepared with the utmost care and attention. All shipments are sent via FedEx.

If you purchase multiple artworks in a single order, they may be shipped separately to ensure the most efficient dispatch.

You will receive an email from Arte Delux about shipping once your order has been packed and is ready. We will arrange shipping via FedEx on the date provided in the message.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork. That’s why we offer a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing you to display it in your home and ensure it’s the perfect fit. If you decide it’s not right for you, you’re welcome to return it.

How do you package my artwork?

All artworks are securely packaged to ensure safe transit. Framed artworks (small to medium), are protected with reinforced cardboard corner guards and an additional layer of cardboard over the surface to minimise any risk of damage. Large artworks are bubble-wrapped for added protection to ensure safe arrival. Each artwork is placed in a heavy-duty, rigid, corrugated cardboard box made from recycled materials. Rolled fine art prints are carefully wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.

How do you send my certificate of authenticity?

Every original and limited edition artwork is sent with a certificate of authenticity, which is included in the package along with your artwork.

What happens after I place an order?

Once your purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. One of our art consultants will also follow up with an email to confirm the order, discuss your preferred delivery arrangements, and answer any additional questions you may have.

Is the artwork hand-signed by the artist?

The majority of our original and limited edition artworks are hand-signed by the artist, either on the front or reverse. Limited editions are also hand-numbered. If you’re unsure about a particular piece, feel free to contact us for confirmation.
